What is Fascia?
Fascia is the soft tissue component of the connective tissue system that
filters through the entire body.  It is a continuous network that envelops
all muscles, bones, and organs.  When fascia is stretched tight, the fat
pushes through creating a dimpled effect and creases in the skin.  
Cellulite is cool to the touch because the fascia is restricting blood flow,
which can also cause pain.  Fascia blasting is the latest approach to
releasing the adhesions in the fascia.  The blaster is an acrylic tool with
claws that is used over the restricted area.  Cupping may also be
incorporated into the blasting regimen for best results.  
A fascia blasting session
consists of 30 minutes in the
far infrared sauna to make the

by at least 30 minutes of
